Here at V&C we have provided our customers with quality products, quality workmanship, and an ongoing committment to personal service for over 30 years.

V&C was started in 1972 by Jim Carlson and myself. We did mostly labor for local contractors. By 1976 we had incorporated, and in 1978 Jim sold out to me and went to Florida to run a business. In 1979 V&C started a small lumberyard and built on a showroom, offices, and lumber sheds so that we could better meet the product and service demands of our customers. We have continued the same kind of personal service we started with, resulting in substantial repeat business from our customers.

At V&C we have our own cement crews, residential building crews, farm building crews and remodeling crews. We do our own design work, sales, and accounting. Our commitment to our employees and their loyalty to us has contributed greatly to our business success. We are pleased to note that one foreman has been with V&C for over 30 years, another for over 15 years, and two others for over 10 years.

V&C would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for the last 30-plus years. We plan on serving you and the surrounding community for much longer.
